Has anyone been having probs with F@H lately? Mine keeps getting errors forcing it to close. Errors like not being able to find the core or that the core is corrupted. The program then redownloads a new core and starts up only to get another error like this:
Client-core communications error: ERROR 0xc0000005
It then deletes the current work unit and starts all over again. It seems to be looping in these errors. I uninstalled and removed it and then redownloaded it and it still has the same problems. :( Any suggestions on what I can do to correct it?

Well my folding days for the most part come to an end...
I was going to stop a while back ,but thought I could push to 30k

I've been away for a while, what happened to the EO Folding ratings? When I click on the link it doesn't work.
The structure changed. It should still put you withing the folding heirarchy though - the new links are on the left side of the page.
also...Has anyone else been stuck with nothing but Double Gromacs? Ever since they first came out, my main folder has done nothing but those things (except for one WU).

Yep. Double Gromacs are all I get lately. Those 858 ones are bad too, but they're worth 160 points.

Quick question. So I joined the Sharky team fairly recently and now I am adding some of the tags onto my start up link. Basically for the Amd64 all I need is -advmethods -forceasm, or should I also put on -forceSSE? I also have it running at my parent’s house (AMD 2500) but I can't do anything on that one till I am back home for Easter.

you use -forceSSE for the version 4 of the program or -forceasm for the earlier versions i believe. I would assume you have the new one, so use -advmethods -forceSSE and you should be fine.:) However, i don't have an A64, so i can't be entirely sure.Quote:

This is a good point...we all know you want -forceSSE with an AXP, but does A64 automatically use SSE like Intel CPUs do? Hey, ikevi, look in your log file and see if there's a line like this right at the top of a Gromacs WU's folding progress (it says whether it's a Gromacs higher up):Quote:

What's going on? We have 3 teams that are threats to us now. Chicago Gamers is making a comeback after we passed them a couple months ago. Is everyone just loosing interest in folding?
If anyone is like me - all I have got is Tinkers for the better part of the last 3 months. That drags production down as well as the fact that Thermo is off.
Our production is below 8k a day now, when we passed them we were running over 10k a day. Looks like we need to reactive some folks or get more new folders.Quote:
