3DM2K1 does not report the GPU or Memory speed of your video card. My scores go up about 10-15pts per MHz OC over stock. It also misreports the FSB of oc'd mobos, so if I do a bench at 154 it will report it as 143 or (sometimes) leave the area blank (depending on the brand). Also the same system (all hardware and installed drivers identical) can vary as much as 500pts with a clean format and reinstall (in w98se) which is probably due to an uncluttered registry. Defragging and trying different chipset drivers can help, and if all else fails you can use a peice of software like softfsb to spoof up a higher score (I think this still works anyways).
