Giants pwned. Jacobs keeps getting hurt, maybe he's just too tall, can't get low enough.
espn sucks too, in the 4th quarter aaron ross got hurt on a play away from the ball. All they did was mention he got hurt and then continued talking about the vick bs, the camera was on the guys in the booth the entire time only cutting away to show the falcons owner or gm whoever he was. No replay of Ross was shown, no information on what he hurt at all. So everyone watching is clueless as to what happened.
And the hits just keep on coming:

One of the only decent players on the 'Phins traded for what will in all probability result in a bust.
Sweet.
Chambers is a pretty good WR. I'm glad the Chargers picked him up.
I think it's a good move, Chambers' numbers look pretty good and the chargers are looking to make another run at the superbowl this year.
Seems like a good trade to me. Chargers are in "win now" mode, and the Dolphins obviously need to build for the future.
Chambers had made the Pro Bowl before. He has great speed and jumping ability.
His only issue has been consistency. He doesn't always bring it.
Still... he has a few good years left in him, and was the only 'Phin who seemed to do anything at the WR position. They got rid of Wes Welker last year.
And I have zero confidence that they'll do anything meaningful with that 2nd round pick. What a bad joke.
Chambers to the bolts, crazyness! he is on the backend of his career but maybe he will put up decent numbers and make some catches ala mccardell.
He's 29. He made the Pro Bowl two years ago. Really... he quite reasonably could have 5 more Pro Bowl quality years left in him.Quote:

Wouldn't bode well for Chambers, then. As you get older, you can keep being a good route runner, even if it's not as crisp as it used to be. If you've gotten by on athletic ability, you'll start to fall off pretty quickly not long after 30. I still think it's a good pickup, don't get me wrong, but the clock is running on him.Quote:

btw, whats with the shotgun formation? I see most QB's do this leg thing where they lift it up then put it down and hike the ball, what the hell is that about?
The leg lift is there to let the center know he's about to want the ball. In regular formation he just touches the center so he knows the play is about to start. It's just a signal.
I hate him for a myriad of reasons.Quote:

Will Brady break the TD record this year? He must be on pace.
he is on pace to beat it by a few TDs. He's been asked about it this season, and says he doesn't care. He doesn't care if they run it in from the one or if they pass. That probably means he won't break the record, especially after Maroney comes back.Quote:
