I am definitely interested. The problem is that I don't know if I could use it. I have 3 mobo's of my own right now, none of which are on thermalright's compatibility list for the slk900U (shuttle an35n, asus A7N8x deluxe rev1.04, and Abit NF7-S rev2.0). I was some what tempted by thrawn86's sale of his H2O cooling system, but I have always been hesistant about putting liquid near my computer. I am not at a point where I could just up and replace a lot of my parts if I messed up and got them wet->damaged.

I really would like to say thank you for the offer, but I don't think I can take it off of your hands unless you know it will work with any of the boards that I have. But if you do know something, give my pm a jingle. Thanks man.

Oh, and it looks like I have reached 643points today. There are still 4hours left for me to up that a little.

I even went and looked at what it would take for me to set up my own little farm now minus the lottery. It made me realize that the one jamesavery is selling is a pretty decent price. I have a few spar processor/mobos laying around, but they aren't much. I will put one of them to use here soon, its an old pIII 733Mhz I believe. That will be folding for me by the end of the week I believe.

Besides, if I am to do a project here anytime soon, it will be honing my case modding skills... I am working on an old case, my first mod, hopefully I will find some time to complete it.

Stupid Noob question:

I just installed this today before I knew Sharky had a team. Can I go back in to my work computer and add the Sharky #? Or do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

Nope! All you have to do is right-click the icon in your sys tray, click on configure, then add in 34149 under Team Number...

hehe Can't wait to get the farm up and running.. :drools: Yeah, got my main rig Folding again ok. 5V rail's still too low for my liking although I'm not experiencing much of an increase in load temps after having upped the Vcore. You gotta answer me a question.. how do you get so many dangblasted points in one day?? :mad: ;)

eight machines working for me. all of high caliber. So I guess I have my own little farm so to speak.

a little OT, but Vengance_01, what vcore are you running that 2400+ mobile to achieve the 2.2Ghz? and have you prime95 tested it? I plan on playing with my 2400+ once I get better cooling. Also I see the fsb is 220... on pc3200 ram, did you have to up the vdimm much?

Hey blue oval, do you know if that slk900U will work on a shuttle an35n? Thermalright says it will work on an mn31n... I would imagine it would work for the an35n then, maybe they haven't tested it. If it does, maybe I could throw that on my shuttle, and move the slk947 to the abit board. How much were you looking for on that hs?

Do you guys sometimes not get credit for WUs you know were completed and sent in? I know that sometimes if your sys restarts or something that it sometimes 'drops' the WU, but I watched this one get turned in, and it didn't show up at the latest points update.

Sometimes it takes a little longer for a WU to get credited. I have noticed that sometimes when I finish a work unit it will be credited in 5minutes, sometimes (although rarely) I don't get credit for a day or so. I think I even had one WU not get credited for about 4 days, it was weird... but I know it to be true because I keep my own little journal to see what wu gets me what point tally and place (since I started!!!)

Did you know you can download free programs that will tell you how much the WUs you're doing are worth, how long it takes to complete a frame, how long to do the entire WU, etc.? I use one called Electron Microscope III. I like it because I can load all the systems Folding for me (the ones in my home network) in it and can see how each one is doing all in 1 window on my main rig's desktop.

No I didn't know anything about such a program. I thought there had to be something that would do that, but never actually looked for one. I will have to look into this Electron Microscope III.

1.65 for Prime95 1.625 for eveything eles. 2.9Volts 1.6 on chipset. timmings are 11/3/3/2. I can fold at about 2.6GHZ stable with my W/Cing setup, but I need to reargae things in my case. 2.6GHZ takes 2.0volts though. My 2400 came when they first hit the market. The newer ones seem to be doing better.

Excellent, that gets me very excited. I have a 2400+ mobile begging to be cranked... I just need to go get it and have some free time to work on rearranging rigs. I will be putting it in an abit nf7-s, and using the corsair ram in my sig. I am still working on the cooling, but BlueOval might be helping me there. I need to learn about watercooling, but I don't know if that will be any time soon. Thanks for the response man.

On a positive note, however, I got a new 2400+ folding for me. Unfortunately my ISP was down for the past ~36 hours so I didn't get much done the last couple of days.
