I never had that problem, itll just crash to the desktop or lockup, but either way the cpus not stable. Bartons dont overclock as high, you are not much past 2.2GHz, but a high fsb and double the cache more than makes up for the extra MHz which dont matter much past 2GHz on any athlon cpu so far

I have been trying for a long time man. Even if I get my fsb higher, I dont think ill quite make 15k, id need to get the ram on my ti4200 higher as well. im in 2nd place for a ti4200, thats how hard it is!

anyway I gain about 100 marks per 10MHz gpu core and 1.5 marks per MHz faster cpu speed

Well that is why you need a real tweaker to go in and push the 15k mark... :)

I dont think you tried every drive that nVidia released... :)

new 3dmark 03 scores. couldn't stand being out of the top ten. i might have a little bit left, not sure.

Overclocked speed of CPU: 2100 (my '01 test was run at 2425 though,so i don't know which one you need to use in the database)

2003 is gpu dependant so anyone with a 9800 should break 6k easy, thats why I dont like 2003, games are like the car chase high details in 2001 :)

hmm, that's a full 100 points. i don't know if i have that much left in this card. think running it with the 2.4ghz cpu speed would help at all? it typically crashes on the CPU tests when i try that, but i could give it 2.2v i guess. other than that and maybe running at 467/390 i don't think there's much else i can do.

Are you all using stock cooling for these core clocks? With stock cooling, I get artifacts at 460!

giant II. best $30 i ever spent. i do get some dots on the screen though. even some artifacts occaisionally.

Of course, I spent $3 on an aluminum brick and got 472 with no artifacts (and 480 with artifacts). :D

You dont need to run the full test!!! It might score a few extra points.. But nothing like raw mhz power on the card...

I would press escape right as it loads the loading CPU tests... No reason to run it.. IT doesnt affect your scoring!

yes, but i can stand my computer upright and i can have other PCI cards.
