I was just thinking……What is this, our third week? We must be attracting a little attention by now. The other teams in our score range must be wondering WTH Sharkys is, and how we manage to climb the ladder so rapidly.
Now we need to set a target of 80 processors by the end of this month. Be it additional systems or new members, it doesn’t mater. 36 more chips by the end of the month.
I have 10 going now, although this 400 celery is really dragging butt. Thanks to the link from above, I can run another client on my 1.7 dually, and I’ll get the old 2.0Willy going by the end of the week. Then I can finish my antique dually 500Xeon and run 2 clients on that. All told it will be 14 cpu’s, 6 new, which leaves 30 to go. These I leave to you guys. It's time to drag out the parts boxes and patch em up. I have a 300 and a 200 too, but I don’t think I could stand to watch them try to fold. It would be just too awful!
PS: I don’t suppose any of you guys would have an old Slot 2 Xeon voltage regulator laying around ????? I can buy a pretty nice AMD setup for what Compaq wants for one.
Oh yeah we are conquering. Though I do notice on the current folding ranking we moved down 1 position in the past three hours of their database. Because we had only 33 points turned in in that 3 hour period. No matter I'm sure we're all just in the middle of WU's. The extremeOCing database is a few hours behind the stanford one but its still the best thing going.
