This may be the most dedicated that Sapp has ever been training in the offseason. He looks good.
I was surprised how productive he still was last season... a very good season.
He is supposed to be a lot quicker this season... if he hasn't lost any strength, watch out!
Losing that much weight can make it LOOK like you've lost some strength, whether you actually have or not, just due to being that much lighter to push. Better hope his newfound quickness holds up against the run.Quote:
