You know that 270 is not that difficult with a decent chip and with the proper voltages :)
I am at 270FSB right now with my setup on the IC7-G :)
When I was limited to 250FSB with the KNXP.. But I only needed a little extra voltage.. I was at 1.58v now Im at 1.650v and its stable! I am pushing for 280 or 285 (crosses fingers!)
wow...i come back and see all this amazing talk about all these 22k+ runs...wow. that is something that is just beyond my brain capacity to fathom...actually, beyond my bank account...keep pushing it guys. even if i can't do it...it's fun to hear about!! ;)
and hopefully soon i will have time to reformat and go for some major pushing with my oc and stuff...
If you get 280fsb you should match or even eat Vertices :eek: :D
well 280fsb is 3.92MHz isnt V like 3.98MHz though? Youd need to exceed 500MHz on the core as well. I wish ya luck man both of you have gone a really long way since you first broke 20k! its been a long time since I broke 10k myself. The next challenge may be the holy 25k mark. with a 9900 pro past 500MHz and a prescott at 4GHz or more I bet itll happen :)

I wouldn't say that. There are a handful of guys who have done it. Most are using supercooled P4's and LN2 cooling. 25K is still way out there :DQuote:

Oh, pfft, LN2 my @$$. :D Check out the #1 page of the orb - it's all a bunch of handpicked vapor cooled P4's and water cooled 9800's. No LN2. :)Quote:

You're too funny man. There are 11 scores on there that have broke 25K. I looked at each of the top 7 and they are all double cooled. Usually a Vapo on the GPU and Promethia on the CPU. If that's not supercooling, I don't know what is. I also know for a fact Opainter and macci play with LN2.

So are you trying for a few extra points more? So what is the vcore at 271FSB?
I have the Vcore at 1.675 271 is looking like thats it for this processor until I put the 226W pelt on. If I could get my memory to cooperate I would get a better score too. I have it at 2,8,3,3 and that's the best timings it can do. Hopefully the OCZ PC4000 is a little better.
I dont think it would be able to do tighter settings... So the system wont boot at 275? :)
