Where would I get all the different themes, which is the way windows acually looks right...start menu,internet explorer windows,etc,etc that you guys and a lot of other people I see are using? I would love to change the way Windows looks as I've grone tired of looking at the same thing now for 3 years.

As you can see, I run dual monitors. The screen on the left is my 19" running at 1600x1200 and on the right is the 15" LCD running at 1024x768. Those black bars on the top and bottom of the smaller part is from the difference in resolutions. It looks like it would be annoying, but it's not. It was a bit odd at first, but I got used to it quickly.
what are you guys using to make do all those themes?
I use the Windows DLL patch to make WinXP use my themes.
