Ignitionator, not sure if the laws in the US are dramaticly different, but in Canada you would've had to actually have made a purchase under false pretences inorder to sue them.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to see it happen, but people lie all the time, and I've only heard of them being sued when someone has suffered financial, emotional, or physical damages.

I really hope it goes through, this guy needs *****-slapped into the next century. He's worse than those deadbeat eBay sellers... eBay at least takes care of them after they screw a couple people.

ok, I just read through the entire 10 pages of reply's and my first reaction was just like everyone else's. I died laughing! and then I stoped and without reading anythign I died again. So I dead laughing all the way to the third page. When I saw the sharky on his site I about hurled. Its a disgrace... this guy is an a$shole and three quarters. And his sister for that matter...
