yeah its a hydor.. its very quiet and dosent get warm at all u can look them up at dangerden... the guys there say they are equivlent to the eheim's. no vibration that i can feel ofcourse they sit on 4 rubber sucktion cups so im sure that absorbs any of the vibration b4 getting to the case. And if u do go watercooling dont go with a cheep low flow pump i would recomend atleast a 300 g/h pump i had the 185 and it just didnt get the job done.
Oh i know i know, no low flow in this system, need high flow anyway for Maze3...which is probably what i am going to get.Quote:

Didn't think I wanted a new case, but I bought a new one anyway.
I've had the same Thumbscrew Case I built my first ATX computer in PII 350mhz. Yes, I stayed with the Thumbscrew Cases.
Well here it is!

The paint job on the drives looks lots better when you look at it in person as do the cold cathode lights inside :p
But it's pretty nifty... that's my beast PC that scored a whopping 53 3DMarks in 3DMarks 2003 :D
Nice nice purewire. I have to say, best desktop ever, haha Marlboro lights (blecK! go for some Turkish Gold Camels my man (and no I don't smoke)), coke cup, ash tray, pak & sak lighter. Hah, reminds me of my house when my friends come to LAN :)
Trunks, attbi sucks bum, heh :P I can host it for you Brady.
I will post a pic of my tower once I get my smoked glass modded in and 2 LEDs (because 2 blue LED fans just aren't enough).
You getting good airflow with that PC inside that cubby-hole? Now that you're a 2.3rider you probably want maximum coolingQuote:

J, I deleted my pic on my web host...thats why it's not there anymore
The temps have gone up. 43C Idle, and 50C. But that cubbyhole ends up being a wind tunnel with the 2 80mm Intakes, and 2 80mm Exhausts. Thes case looks solid but the whole front bottom is perferrated and it sucks some major air. It sounds like a wind tunnel too. OH and I cut all the cover out in the back so it's just as open as the front. I am in the market for a new desk. Gonna get one where it's out in the open.Quote:

Got bored stopping smoking, so started building cases out of lego's.
Lego PCs
https://www.sharkyforums.com/
Pictured are PCs V2 and V4
V1 was a desktop configuration that looked horrible =(
V3 went up in a plume of smoke (no clue why)
I love how the door acts a passage way for the power cable. I used to be into legos a lot when i was young. I have binfuls of them.
Bah! Send em to me! Can always use more!
Toughest part of building the last one was cutting out the plexiglass for the little window =) I didn't want to just have a square shape, so I made it so it would lock into the sides.
