Rage3D, Rivatuner, powerstrip all support overclocking. IMO go with Rivatuner because it has everything you need for tweaking
i suggest Rage3D,.the 3dmark 2001 profile makes it very easy.
Thanks man! Using Rage3D I was able to get 20570..I'll post my stats later..thats 16th place!Quote:

Nice score Demig0d, I don`t know very much about Intel, but you might try running your memory at 5/4 and see if you can get better memory timing settings. Also if you use DX 8.1 you should get a increase in your 3D Mark score.
How can I run 8.1 when I have 9b installed already....is there a way to uninstall it?Quote:

I have downloaded and used this DX eradicator program http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=626 and it got rid of DX9B for me, I had no problems using it with XP Home Ed. but that does not mean you want. So use at your own risk, be sure to read the read me that comes with it. BTW, I don`t know if you can use the Cat 3.2`s with the 9800XT, but they are the best drivers I know of to run 3DMark 2001 with, using DX 8.1Quote:

yes ... but that won't happen unless my barton does 2.6GHz (which it doesn't) and I can bench at 240MHz FSB (3dmark freezes) and I get my radeon core at 550MHz, which also won't happen because of the cooling solution ...
there is also no way I can pull 1300 points out of my *** ...

No A64 at the moment... In fact, I'll probably be selling the Prometeias. I'm not out forever, just looking to come back stronger. :)Quote:

Flutie and slavik,
You're both updated!;) Nice work guys....don't run any more benchmark! That'll make me work too hard! Can't have that now, can we?:p :D
w00tz0r!!!
I'm contemplating a WC system which would probably allow me to hit 2.5GHz on the CPU and maybe 500MHz on the GPU
One thing, you forgot to change my mobo (DFI NFII Ultra Infinity) and my Video card (Radeon 9800XT)
