For me, at the moment, it would have to be Tribes 2.
Also I can't wait to see the Strike Force mod for it. This will be a conversion using real life weapons and vehicles.
Hmmm.. Rapid insertion boats, helecopters, apc's.... with large outdoor environs combined with good indoor. Sounds like a winner.

Yes, I have played Freespace. It's a beautiful game. I thought it was better than X-Wing Alliance. I haven't played Freespace II yet.Quote:

Escape Velocity was my reason for existence for like 3 years...I did absolutely nothing besides writing plugins and hacking around in ResEdit on the old Power Mac 7100/66 (running @ 90mhz, thankyouverymuch). Did some really kickass new sprites and stuff right before EVO came out, and a complete new scenario for EVO because the original one sucked. =DQuote:

Right now its the only thing that keeps me working on the Mac. Workin with a couple friends to hack in some basic ethernet networking support, Arena -style. We only have 6 ships to choose from right now but progressing well. One thing I will say...Terminus may be 3D and so on, but EV is still the better game. Too bad Ambrosia isn't doing EV3 anymore. =(
