Where's the section that

You know, the Blue one.
That was such a fun option in NT.
I'm really going to miss it...

I think it was Advanced Server though I don't even remember. Our linux server (which also serves as a WinNT domain controller) has never ever crashed in any way, shape, or form in the last 3 years or so (since we got it). Only time it has been down is to upgrade hardware. After a week of screwing with whatever version of Win2k we were trying we decided to take it back, sure as hell wasn't worth the massive price we paid (around $4500 or something for os and licensing we wanted) for it since it did nothing, absolutely nothing, better then the linux server we have that we paid very little for.

This was written a while back. Sorry that I forgot to change it to WinME. My bad. Thank you for so graciously pointing at the error of my ways in a FRICKIN JOKE POST. Please excuse me if my faith in Microsoft is...dwindling.Quote:
All in all, Windows 2000 is in a class by itself. Grouping it with those other os's shows your lack of experience with it.

That dude that blasted the post because it was refering to Win2K instead of WinMe needs to calm down. It was a joke! A funny one too.
I use Win2K Pro, Win98SE, and Linux at home. Win2K is MUCH better than Win9x or WinME, but I still prefer Linux for stability and control. The only reason I keep Win98SE around at all is for gaming, since I don't have to worry about compatibility with it.
