I just received my item from azn4sportz today. And I am rather confused, as the item I received is clearly a soundblaster live card when you specifically said in your post that it is a soundblaster mp3 plus. It says Live! clearly on the corner so I dont know how you could have been mistaken.
Azn4sportz.. you might want to correct your mistakes while you have a chance..
im not established well enough here to make any judgment call, so ill just relay my dealings with azn. i ordered a cdrw from him about 3wks ago for $20 shipped. when contacting him about it, i told him i had been burned before and he sent me his name and address. it arrived a week later with the manual and software and worked fine. the only discrepancy was the speed of the drive. he said "4x4x24, i think".its actually 2x. to me thats no biggie because, a)its only 20 bucks and b) "i think". azn, i had a good dealing with you, and even posted saying so. if you didnt send the mans speakers, you should do so now. if you did and they were lost, just refund the money and learn this lesson: use ups or fedex, or pay the extra money for usps ins. and a tracking #. or let the buyer decide and pay. even though you may have to eat some money this time, imagine all you will potentially lose from this if it is not resolved.

Very sorry... my mistake... Live mp3+ i see now. Thank you for pointing that out to me cheapguy. I was thinking the audigy mp3+ :rolleyes: . I am not really complaining though, in all honesty I would have probably bought the card if it was a 5.1 Live. Maybe if I had gotten a manual or drivers I wouldnt look like such the fool right now ;)Quote:

I have already sold that card and the buyer has it in his machine without a problem.
I have already sold that ata 100 card and it is in the buyer's machine now.

This clearly demonstrates the importance of a delivery confirmation/tracking number. There is no reason to forgo a DC - they are free if you ship USPS Priority! Link.
I believe you can file a fraud complaint with Paypal, but I don't know how much they're going to do.
Aye I've definately learned my lesson in regards to requiring references and tracking information.
Thanks for all the continued support everyone but I didn't mean for this to turn into a flame war. In regards to Moderation I told the Mods (and the TH contacted them as well) about this situation well over 1 week ago.

Solution is simple, anz4sportz should provide proof of shipping. Scan of a receipt, tracking number, waybill, invoice, something.
I know of no shipping method that cost $20 and does not give you a tracking number. Express Mail is the only one I can think of, but the receipt list the delivery zip code.
The idea of keeping this quiet is a bad one. I am currently involved in the mess at Anandtech with Hinderson. He used multiple user names etc on all forums to rip people off. He would make good on some trades to nuild up 47 good refs and then bam, all of a sudden people like me startedasking for goods that were due to us.
I sent him a stick of ECC REG ram, 256mb of pc2100 ATP ram for 512mb of PC133. That was 3 weeks ago and many promises. 5-8 people have come forward or emailed me apoligizing about not leaving proper heatware evaluations or posts in the foums to let other traders know about his actions and so more people were burned. I am out $100 and a pissed off wife :(
Good job of bringing this out. It may save someone else alot of grief. If he is a good trader then he can ship first to established traders. I started out as a newbie trader a couple of months ago. I only have 5 heat and have had to ship 1st many times now. If you are est trader, get the newb to ship first always.
Use heat and post true heat evals. If someone doesnt live up to the deal, ie. the burner at 2x Give a neutral evaluation. It lets other people know to watch certain traders and the trader that he has to improve their individual business style..
Anyways, heres hoping I get my ram and you get your speakers man.
