with all due respect, colossus, tell me about the thermal properties AFTER you've tried it. haha. :D
but seriously, it made a big difference in temps for me. If the thermal properties are similar, than there are probably other properties that helped like the effect of temperature on the viscosity or something. Get yourself a tube! you might be able to squeeze another 20MHz out of your processor and get your system in the Guinness Book of World Records as the highest air-cooled p4 overclock (if you're not there already). The possibilities are endless!

ROFL, There is no way I am going to squeeze another 20Mhz out of this proc :)
The Asus P4PE only supports up to a 200Mhz FSB :) and I am at 200Mhz FSB :P But I had lowered it to 198Mhz FSB so I can drop the voltage by a whole .1v Big difference. :P From v1.825 to v1.725 :) :D
