Aww man I'm too late.:( When will the next contest be held?:)
#1 TAZTG - Nice system. I think your wiring is fine! Everything looks in its place. I like the TAZTG cutouts.
#2 Tom3 - All it takes to win is to register, then make a few posts. Nice entry.
#3 zackbass - Nice all around. I’m too scared for anything like WC. Nice cutout! How do you open the CD’s?
#4 muisejt - Very nice. I agree with the Rounds, but you did a FINE job with the ribbon cable!
#5 Icefox -231- - Nothing personal, but I’m not a fan of the Black cases. Looks nice inside though.
#6 GLScooby - Very, Very nice & clean tooo! Looks to much like work!
#7 dudewth - Very good looking all around. I don't like the hidden drive bays on most of these cases, but your case looks nice.
#8 XP18004life - Again nothing personal but I don’t like that style of case. I like the green cc.
#9 bugspop1 - TAZTG is right, I need more room. With a wife sometimes comes sacrifices, bigger won’t fit in the desk! As for all the cables, everything has a use except the firewire (as of yet), and also a few open USB’s. I LOVE MY TOYS !
#10 Royal Oaks - Again, I don’t care for that style of case (my opinion, not personal) Everything neat. Are those my old round cables from my old AMD 1.4?
#11 Ashpool - Something a little fishy. Is that a NOTE for self? Plug in the what? Can’t make out the last word. Cool entry.
Thanks to TAZTG and Cranch for setting all this up.
TAZTG - WOW. Awesome rig. Beautiful job on the cutouts and use of lighting.
Tom - A+ on originality. That is truly a groundup build. Maybe some different materials for the next one?
zackbass - The skill (and a little bravery) it takes to make your own waterblock is clearly evident. Not to mention the patience to do a 100% original DIY cutout. Maybe a CC to show off that dragon?
muisejt - Perfect stealth job. I love the relocation of the LEDs. How 'bout some round cables?
Icefox231 - Man, that thing is HUGE! Looks like all you need is a can of air;)
Mine - I haven't found an outside color scheme I like yet, so it's not done. (Are they ever really DONE?)
dudewth - Sweet case. The applique adds an air of James Bond mystery. (What's really ON those hard drives?.....hmmm.....) Great lighting too.
XP18004life - The use of different color lighting blends nicely. How about a blue LED intake fan for a little balance on the front? Nice etching job too. Good work.
bugspop1 - The front is stunning. (Love that gold!) That is some seriously meticulous wire looming.
Royal Oaks - Nice, clean cabling job. Nice atttention to detail on the vid card mod as well. Long live 3dfx!
Ashpool - The color contrast on the fish is sweet. I assume the note on the rheobus comes from experience?;) A little work on the psu wires, and you got it! Nice case.
GLScooby
Thanks for letting me know what that last word was. My eyes are failing! Did the best I could to enlarge it, but still couldn't read it. Thought it said ribbon, not rheobus. Couldn't imagine forgetting to plug in the ribbon cable, especially when it has round cables. If i would have looked closer I should have seen that this was even written on the rheobus. Looks like your in the early lead, and may I say (well deserved).
I voted for #6 - GLScooby cause the interior of the case looked very neat. The case and concept was nothing new or groundbreaking, but the whole appearance of neatness was what got my attention.
Sometimes simplicity is the best mod. :D
Edit: I hope GLScooby doesn't do anything to the outside of his case. It is clean, simple and perfect as it is. Jazzing up the outside of the case will destroy the philosophy of keeping it simple and make it look like some schizoid frankenstein case. :)
(Couldnt enter my case pics in time cause the digi camera went bust) :(
My vote for looks goes to #7, dudewth. I absolutely love that NSA decal on the side panel and the blue light really makes that CoolerMaster look sharp. Let's see some more mods that that baby!
Since I'm an honest guy, I won't delete the cookie and go back and vote for the best modded case, yes I'm talking about yours TAZTG. You really did an excellent job on the side panel cutting, and on the front panels.
Sorry I couldn't give you my vote TAZTG, but dudewth's NSA decal is REALLY awsome.
Thanks for all those comments about my case. I'd like to thank all the little people, Snap-On tools, and the Smithy 3-in-1 machine shop, without them I couldn't have pulled it off. :D
I chose #6 because i have one of those cases as well, and i thought it was not possible to make one of them look pretty and i have been proven wrong
I voted for Zackbass's case...That dragon cutout is just too sweet, not to mention the DIY waterblock and copper piping for the WC. Very tidy and organized also, no loose cables to be seen. VERY nice work dude.
GLScooby's case was second...the paint job is just wicked. A nice step away from the regular un-polished metal look.
Now that I think of it, something else that would look absolutely stunning would be a chrome finish...Who wants to try? ;)
:( :( , All Crap, Man I voted for yours!!:p :pQuote:

Thanks Man, That decal is awesome, I wonder if its legal??? Might have to check that out..:D
Plug in the Rheobus, a reminder since every single fan is wired to it (and I always forget to plug things in). I almost fried my Thunderbird once because I didn't plug it in :pQuote:
