Your memory settings might be your problem. I would read one of the guides on setting the timings. The 4 is way too low. I'm guessing your error is because the memory is being flushed before a process completes. If you can get the first number down to 1.5 you can try 1.5-2-2-5. Otherwise I would not go below 2-2-2-6. Read over either Mushkin's timing guide or the recent article on Toms Hardware. There is a nice graph that shows you what is going on.
