I wouldn't go so far as to say that. Certainly leading helps, but there's always a certain amount of guesswork involved, and nobody can be 100% accurate with this. Shooting a fast moving plane that is moving exactly perpendicular to your line of fire is quite difficult, no matter how good you are at leading.Quote:

Of course, lag also comes into play quite often...
I've gotta be close to 90% hitting people on the ground with a sniper rifle. I can take out planes with MG's quite easily no matter where they're moving... Hitting them with flak is harder for me for some reason. However, hitting a plane that's divebombing a target in front of you is quite difficult...The speed of the plane is what makes it so hard...
There's one pilot out there....Steve something, that is extremely good at that...He's devistatingly accurate as well... I hate playing against him ;)

Most g00d clans have strats with maps and numbered points on the maps for easy reference during the match (cuz what clan isnt on TS) and youll find strats like cherry's all over the place for every map if you do a little digging :p
Oh BTW that was in no way a bash on Cherries strat for it was pretty good.
Please forgive the spelling and grammar mistakes, I typed it out this morning and didn't proof it. I've been playing this map for the last 2 weeks and just want to share my experience and tactics to make the community better as a whole.
On that note:
Flak is someting that needs to be practiced, but can be mastered in no time. The real problem is that leading if different for every server because it depends on a lot of factors (lag, server cpu stress, opponent lag, ping, etc.) And BF's netcode just isn't that great to be able to handle a lot of planes in the air. I hate the "magic missing bullet" effect that seems to plague a lot of BoB servers. It's where you will be shooting at a plane for what seems like forever and never register a hit while you can be hit and in 3 seconds are completely destoryed.
Very frustrating.
