i have a question about his overclock prediction. He is at 2.14ghz right now, do you think with better cooler (ie slk800) that he will be able to his 2.42ghz? I doubt it.
I've talked to him about this on AIM a couple of times. He just bought an SLK-800 and an 80mm Tornado. With that and the 1700+ JIUHB from SVC I agreed there was a possibility. I think he'll need some better RAM too, but he seems pretty confident in what he can do!:D:eek:Quote:

Is your time free? For all the time you've spend bartering on ebay for videocards, installing and uninstalling, you could have been working making money. You probably would have earned enough to buy a 9800Pro and a 5900U. Or at least a 9700non-Pro and ten 2400+ XP's.Quote:

mines an AIUHB, those oc a bit better cause "a" means the silcon is more pure, id be supprised if I didnt hit 2.4GHz, seeing my champ already does 2.14 at 1.75v which is NICE!
Mine does 2.4Ghz at 1.95V and hits 45C at full load.Quote:

I dont agree with the exact wording of Alientank comment.. But it does have a ring of truth...
Even though your CPU was the bottleneck for the video card.. Have you ever heard of growing into hardware? So what if your current processor is slower then your video card :eek:
You next upgrade would consist of replace the CPU and/or motherboard.. So why replace all that and the video card..
It was stupid to sell off the older 4600 for a whatever... Since you could of kept the 4600 and grown into it.. So down the line your video card would be your bottleneck...
