I might have made a type, but my MP3's are all 320kbps. I use a program called dbPowerAmp to rip my cd's:)

soup has a ss in .ape? format with 9xx kbs encoded music. never seen a program that rips in that format (mostly used mm jukebox, creative studio).

Easy CD-DA Extractor does APE, OGG, WMA, MP3, etc...
