Lets say your putting this together for your little girl that says oh Daddy all I want is red in my room. So you go out spend the money to paint the room red, get red sheets & so on. Now your down to the last thing, the computer. You have hours in painting the case & drives so everything is red. You have red cables, MB, heatsinks for the RAM, wire sleeve. So now you have everything red then that black card shows up, :( *** do you do now. Eat the damn card & try to get another red card. NO you send that sucker back!!!!!! It's not like you can paint the card... Ya I know your going to say it's just a part that is inside, well why do some companys make the fancy HSF that come on the cards? Looks counts when you are buying anything!!!
Good luck

its just disappointing because i like newegg so much, i would have thought they would be looking out better than this... like i said, i will reserve my true rath for when or if they say tuff luck... and trust me i am more than prepared to pursue legal options.. and they will be made well aware of that... once again its nice to work for a lawyer... i love that company i just want them to do right by me... i believe they will.. so here is to hope.
