Fedex Sucks :(

I'm wondering if the your location matters?
I've never had problems with UPS, and it's always been my prefered choice in ordering. While with fedex, i've been screwed twice....
2 wks ago I call fedex they inform me that the guy did drop off the item at my address. It turns out that the guy left it at my front door because I wans't there... :confused: :confused: No one signed for it and they just left it in front of my door?!?!?!
The lady on the phone was giving me attitude as if this was all my fault. With UPS I get 3 attempts and then they leave it in their facility for you to pick it up. It must also be signed unless you leave a note in front of your door stating to just leave it (thy're cool about that). FedEx though.... first attempt.... i'm not at home and they just decide to leave it outside...
A week later it turns out a diff. person received it (although never signed for it) and has the fedex guy correct the problem and give it to me.... The item was a Canon MultiPASS F60 printer...

You should taken the package and then complained that you didn't receive it. They don't have your signature for verification anyway.;)

Part of me wanted to, not so much for the money, but because this way it would hit them more that what they did shouldn't be done. And because I did eventually get it, as it stands now, it goes with 'yeah, but you got it in the end.' I didn't though... Call it a moral thing. I don't need the money like that, so why steal.

Yeah I know what you mean. Do it for the principle and then give it to charity.:D

I finally got ahold of fedex and their online tracking sucks imo.. not even supposed to get delivered till tuesday they lied to me :(

Actually its more like..

12:30:00 .. went to class
14:55:00 .. checking fedex tracking and still says out for delivery~

Then it'll be..

15:55:00 .. checking fedex tracking and sees that they tried to deliver but no one was home to sign for it.

Then I'll flip out since tomorrow is full day of class and I'll get another attempted delivery msg~ Then I might get it friday!1!!!
