done it already. I do believe has to do with the cpu, so I'm going to try some of my friend's ram out and see

wow, this really sucks. I don't know what's my problem:( I just went to my friend's house and tried his gig of ddr ram and the same thing still. I'm going to try out those beta drivers to try get a gain in fps:( This sucks

I went to my friends house, put in a gig of KHX pc4000, omg wow :) big difference for me lol. I'll be purchasing a gig of my own.

o, forgot to give an update on this. I believe the issue was the agp driver on my mobo(drivers I had were giving me poor performance on the hdd I believe). Found a site that recomended a certain driver for my board and that speeded things up quite a bit. I also have a 9700 pro now, but the vid card wasn't the issue. It was all realted to my pesky mobo.
