I love the BiA series. Good variation to keep it fresh and distinct from all the other myriad of WII shooters flooding the market.
There's nothing like that feeling of satisfaction you get when your squad is involved in an intense firefight with a German squad less than a hundred yards away, and inching forward literally foot by foot closer and closer is the greatest feeling in the world.
As opposed to CoD, where you turn the corner and 6 Germans are waiting for you and you bring up your machinegun and slaughter them all without even flinching, BiAs makes you earn every bit of progress, and your tactics really do matter.
I love the series. Haven't actually bought it yet though. Should get the xbox version.Quote:

I'm back!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered BIA Hell's Highway yesterday at Newegg with my gift certificate from my birthday back in April ( was hard to hold onto it hope it's worth it). I'll post as soon as I've played it.
I'm so tempted to buy Hell's Highway. I loved road to hill 30, however earned in blood I never finished because the accuracy of the guns pissed me off. I know its supposed to be authentic but when I'm right next to the guy and my bullets are still off, there is something wrong.
it's on rental for me...I'm just happy that suppressing fire will now do something more...like totally destroying wooden objects...instead of using it to only keep their heads down
I'm going to wait awhile for a price drop on Hell's Highway.
I've been with the series since the beginning (the original PC game was actually what prompted me to upgrade to a DVD drive:p), but the lack of co-op mode killed some of the excitement for me, especially since CoD: WaW will have it, and of course GoW 2 a few weeks away.
I'm playing through Hell's Highway right now and I'm having a lot of fun with it. It runs well and the friendly A.I is fairly smart. Not the greatest thing since sliced jesus but a solid 8/10 I would say.
