I havn't been hardcore into gaming since... Oblivion or FEAR. A few months ago I went through a CSS binge however, but that is now over and I havn't touched a game in a month or two.
except on the 360 :D

my 360 has been relegated to movie watching :(
Lately, I find I'm entertained by internet flash games as much as I ever was by games like Battlefield 2. :o
i used to play hours and hours of games a day. all my friends did to, so even when we would hang out we would game. either laning it up or goldeneye or what not. now everyone has jobs and stuff and im about to get married so i don't play as often as i did. i still play gta or cs when i can, cause i can start it up play for 20 mins and be done. occasionally ill get a good game and play it like crazy for 3 days till i beat it then go back to my normal routine.
i do miss the good ole days of setting up 2 ps1's and seeing who could beat re2 or ff7 the fastest with my friend. or playing goldeneye for 10 hours straight.
I was never too much of a gamer unti GoW came out and I got my 360. But I am only 18. All I do now is go to school, go to work, go home and play on the 360 or have Madden tournaments with my coworkers. Thats nearly all I do nowadays its strange.
Out of all the games out there, there have only been a few that have caught my attention. Plus as you get older there are other things that require your time and attention.
I am a cycler also. Literally as well as figurativley. MX and Enduro.Quote:

^try gears of war, at a friends house or something if you dont have a 360. seriously. I hate being the fanboy but this game just blows my mind :D
Ha! Who played the heck out of my Playstation Command and Conquer game? I bet you still have it somewhere.Quote:

There's your problem. Sleep is for the weak when you're in college. :DQuote:

I think some of it has to do with the greater number of games out there to start with. As a kid, without an income, I pretty much relied on my parents' good graces to get a game every few months, so each one was special, and I really took my time with it. Sometimes playing through several times.
Now, I only usually buy the games that seem like a sure bet, and if they aren't very good within the first few minutes, I generally just give up.:(
i actually have no idea where that game is but i do remember loving that game to death :D But that wasnt all i did back then, now its seriously what i do for fun and its almost all i do for fun.Quote:
