Man thats rough knowing that a fairly new piece of hardware is more then likely going to die at any time within 1-2 years of purchase. I say we rename the RROD to "360 Cancer".

So I got my 360 back yesterday and I've been playing it for a few hours and so far so good. I did in fact get the same console I sent in, but with some modifications. I can see a copper pipe so I believe it has the new heatsink and the DVD-ROM has been changed to a BenQ. Of course there is no HDMI as that would've required a new shell and pretty much a new console. I'm guessing that it doesn't have a Falcon motherboard and 65nm CPU or whatever unless they are made without HDMI. I don't really know much about them and I'm not about to open the console to have a look, heh. As far as noise it seems about the same (fairly quiet) as before and the exhaust temperature is similar as well (quite warm).
