I never said it was RAM. I wanted 32gb so I can store (store, as in storage, not RAM) enough video I wanted. I don't know where the confusion is, here. I never said anything about RAM. I can't see how class 6 is related to performance vs storage.Quote:

You didn't say RAM, you said memory, which are the same thing. I thinking people took to calling NAND 'memory' because it's solid state and traditionally storage has been mechanical. It needs to stop though, because NAND is far too slow to be memory. I doubt even future technologies like PCM and memristors will be fast enough to be used as actual memory.
