Good eye! :)
It is not in the case right now. I am working on a stealth install for it. I'm going to take off the optical drive's faceplate and adhere the 800d's 5.25" drive cover (that will need to be modified slightly.) This way I don't have an ugly black faceplate messing up the front of the computer. I'm working on rewiring the optical drive's open button right now.
EDIT: I got an email telling me all my watercooling parts have shipped. Half the order comes in tomorrow and the other half will be here at the end of the week.
Here is a teaser of what I already have:

I made a quick sketch showing how I want to run the tubing. However, the pump direction should be flowing to the radiator, but when I checked my pump it actually draws from the top... Oops. I'm researching right now to see if it is okay to run it on its side.

A quick run through. The loop order is: pump > radiator > CPU > GPU > Reservoir > pump. The tubes coming from the top and bottom of the reservoir are the fill tube and drain tube, respectively.
What fluid will you be running ,nice set up 360 or 240?
I went with the feser ,is the thermochill electrically friendly also. Tygon is the only way great stuff . I bought twice as much as I needed the first go round glad I did still got a quart of fluid and enough hose to do it again. I still haven't found 6790 specific whole card coolers .I have to Check back at frozenpc and pc cooler .ever heard of any one buying from gruntsville. That'll be a real nice setup when you get it wrapped up looking forward to seeing the custom drive cover
It will be a little while for the stealth drive. I need either a dremel tool (which I have at my other house) or only a piece of string and a vice. I don't have a vice here. The string and vice trick actually leaves a much smoother finished product, but I will be sanding a bit anyway.
Here's the product description on the Thermochill:

It says it isn't electrically conductive.
BTW Do you have 6790s or 6970's? If they are 6790's, there probably isn't much use in WCing them. You could get a universal GPU cooler and use memory heatsinks to cool the vRAM. Something like this:

More parts!
I got my orders from Jab-Tech and Sidewinder Computers today:

Great service by both companies, but especially Sidewinder. I accidentally entered an incorrect billing address when checking out. I called Gary (owner of Sidewinder) on Monday to get it cleared up. He informed me that the fittings I ordered that were on clearance had sold out. These were 9.99 each at all other sites, but he had a clearance at 5 each. Instead of simply cancelling that part of the order he offered to give me Bitspower Shining Silver fittings instead for the same price which is below his cost. On top of that he got my entire order out on Monday and it was here today! (wednesday)
Hell of a guy and a great company. They will be the first place I go to from now on.
Everything is here except the CPU waterblock. It should be here by the end of the week. There is a lot of prep to do first, so I'm kind of glad everything isn't here yet otherwise I would be up all night haha.
That's funny.
Which CPU block are you going to use?
I messed around with some fitment possibilities. Here's a progress shot:

Nice, can mount the pump the way you wanted?
That's hot. I want that case. Nice.
