How is the new auto healing? That was one of the charms of the earlier games, imo. Frantically trying to launch attacks and..."OH NOES, MAH HEALTHZ! NEEDZ POTS!"
(*^&%@(*)^%(!*&!$ I want to play now!!
congrats!!!!!
my level of excitement is pretty low at this point, i to miss the frantic clicking of potions during battle, not digging the autoheal
i think i have also read that you pick up stuff just by walking over it, if its true i don't dig that either, i like to peruse all the drops and choose for myself, not avoid them like landmines
Hopefully the auto-pickup will just be for gold or can be customized.
I wish Blizzard would give us a general time frame for release... so I can plan on building my new computer with the parts that will be available by then. :D
Hopefully a GTX 560 can handle this game at 1920x1080. If not...time to upgrade!
Aye, it be just for gold!
I haven't gotten to runes and such, but the customization doesn't look too overwhelming. The most enjoyable part for me so far is the atmosphere Blizzard has been able to build. The art in the game is fantastic and the voice acting is top notch.
I beat the beta. It looks like there are 5 main bosses in the game. The beta goes until right after you beat the first one. I'd say it took me 2-3 hours to get to the first boss. It looks like there will be 4 difficulty levels, which will change a lot of stuff during each play through.
One thing I noticed is that crafting is really good. The weapons and armor I crafted were better than anything I picked up, however I was playing on normal so I do not know if crafting scales with the difficulty. I really like the skills and passive perks. You can quickly change your character from an AOE DPS, direct DPS, tank, healer, etc just from going to a shrine and swapping out skills and perks. That means you don't have to spec a certain way and be stuck.
