Assign the other PCI slots to other IRQs.. If I remember correctly, dedicating slot 4 & 5 to an IRQ, on the A7V, controlled where the USB controllers went.
Try to assign all the expansion slots to seperate IRQs, then experiment from there.. Remember to assign the IRQs from within the BIOS also.

Hmm, current update:
I now have NO IRQ conflicts that I can see. The computer has yet to lockup on startup, but it still locks up in diablo2. I spoke to tech supports and here is what I have done so far: cured my IRQ problem, got the IRQ routing patch from VIA, and deleted my old drivers completely and reinstalled them. The guy told me if this did not work to reinstall windows. I am thinking about flashing my BIOS and if that does not work, to reinstall windows.
