Yea, I tried almost everything to identify the problem. I tried to put the speakers' power on a standalone power jack, I tried to use the analogy wiring, but the noise is still there, I tried to clear up the wires a bit, but it is still there, actually, it is not the mouse gives off the noise, but it is some processes in the computer would give off the noise, I think it is the electronic signal on the motherboard circuit interfere the soundcard's electrical circuit.
I hate the noise, damn!! I hope when I get my new CUSL2, the problem will be gone. And I found that a PCI display card would give off more noise than an AGP display.
