I had figured that 'My' setup was sold to someone else. (If it ever existed in the first place.) The only other question would be 'How many other people have bought the same components and gotten screwed?'
If we could line up a list of Shadow's 'Customers' the Attorney General's office would likley take more notice in the situation. I am certain that a case could be made showing Mail Fraud which Is a Federal crime. (As Shadow has stated.)

I am certain that there are other steps to put the heat on, but they would be much more effective if done as a group...

I almost bought that 2.1 gig hd from him back in april but he never responded to my last e-mails. I guess it is a good thing as i was able to get a hd from someone else who was a very good seller.

I think that the admins should take measurements in order to avoid situations like this.I mean if the buyer knew the name,the surname,the place that the seller lives he should be able to use the law against him.
I believe that traders should give all this information to the forum and if someone is deceived then the forum will have to give this information to the deceived person
Of course the best way to avoid getting in to trouble is to be aware of thieves and shadow is not the only one

Just a reminder to watch out Shadow AKA Gardinier AKA Juggalo. He is 100% Troll. I got my money back after the District Attorney threatened prosecution.
