I'm building a system that is very close to yours... i'm going with the P4P800 deluxe instead of the P4C, but I'm considering this HD instead of the 80 gb SATA maxtor 7200 i was going to put in... the price difference is a good 30 bucks, and it stores half the data, but i can always add a bigger 7200 drive later. it will take at least a few months to have 35 gigs of data for me anyways...
edit: the 5 year warranty is the real selling point i think...
edit 2: will i need a HD cooling bay/kit/device for this thing?
you would recommend this drive for me?

yeah, just make sure some kind of air blows over it. What do you do with your computer?
