I know quake 3 is multithread if you use the r_smp "1" command and I believe that goes for any other games that use the quake 3 engine (Cod, JK2, RTCW etc etc)

I know WoW does now (has for a while). How about prime95? :D Technically you could say SiSoftSandra does too. And [email protected] 3dmark2006. When I burn cd's using Nero 7 it uses both cores as well.
