I am aware, I was talking mainly about the social aspect, in terms of getting into games with fellow sharks. I have yet to buy anything off steam yet, but I really like the ease of buying and downloading games.Quote:

FYI Rockstar games are half off on steam right now. I just picked up Vice City for $4.99 :) I played only about half of it on my ps2 and could not stand using the joypad for that type of game. I hope the mouse/keyboard for running and gunning will be decent as well as the graphics. I might have to force AA and AF through nVidia's control panel, but should be fun way to spend $5
I was playing Quake Wars quite a bit when it first came out but then the community died a bit and now its seems to be up a bit. Im playing The Witcher Enhanced and TF2.
I am getting my legs on COD4, how many of you would be up for some multiplayer?
Recently picked up S.T.A.L.K.E.R SoC for less than $20. Awesome game, but it is pretty hard. I find it similar to Fallout, but with less RPG elements. Also playing Sanctum, TF2, and just started Warhammer. Sins of a Solar Empire is also great if you like strategy games.
If you see my online holler..I'm ALWAYS down for some COD4 carnage.Quote:

NWN2+expansion
TF2
Witcher Enhanced
Stalker SoC after the 1st and 3rd games
I would say its for a lot more than that! For me at least. I even send smaller files over it quite a bit. (1-150 meg). Its nice as a messenger for your friends too. All my real life friends are on it and it helps us play games together. It shows what game you are playing whhen your playing and if its a game like CoD4 or any fps you can right click on that persons name and click join game and it throws you in their game. Pretty awsome if your playing with a large group. Whenever Astros, Kero, Poinless and anyone else from this forum play we go through xfire for joining gamess and my vent server for voice chat. I will say xfire's voice chat has come along way though. I use to hate it.Quote:

I want to play it looks like Twisted Metal on CRACK.
GG Tituswolf tonight..
he and I were on dif teams and he ended up #1 on his and I was #1 until the last dang airstrike took me off and I was #2 on mine. Good times trying to get back into the swing of COD4.
This friday night we should all get a giant fragfest going on TF2, CS, COD4, something! It's been a while.
I concur...I'd be up for any one of those gamesQuote:

edit: I may not be able to play on friday, I have to go Cincinnati for a concert friday night so I will most likely not get back till way late. If I am not dog tired I will see if anyone is still on when I get home though.
I'd be down for some TF2
TF2 night this Friday? Win.
I don't mind being target practice so if you guys TF2 this friday I may actually give the game a try. If I don't hear the call of D2...why is it so addicting?
oh noes powercreep D2 still? I got off that and hopped back on titan quest though LOL. Friday sounds like fun now..everyone know's squirrel meat's vent server address..if not, then just join in it through xfire and let the war begin!
Yes, D2 still. I hate you all for getting it, playing just long enough for me to decide to get it, then bailing out! :p Now, I'm left hooked...again. This is the third time I've purchased the damn thing.

took me 30 min to kill Typhon on epic LOL and I got CRAPPY drops! only 2 arcane formulas..no purples or anything. I'm still using the purple weapon I got ages ago in normal mode. :(
Perhaps thats why it took you 30 minutes to kill him? ;)Quote:

between that and playing knight fight at work (clicky on bottom of my sig hehe) = great fun.
My DPS is like 1400 with it..but the problem is getting in close to attack him. I actually bought a bow so that I could run around avoiding his attacks and keep him slowed and when my scroll of protection recharged would run in and whack on him for a few hits then run away LOL. Then back to the bow.Quote:
