I would suggest a P3 650E/700E($118 on price watch). You will be able to overclock somewhere between 900 and a 1Ghz. You should use a decent heatsink(alpha) and you will also need some good PC133 that runs stable at 142+.(mushkin, infineon, corsair)

well techincally my CUSL2 doesn't support over 1ghz but it picks my celeron up fine @ any speed..

I just built a 900 T-bird for my supervisor at work. The next day I ordered a 1.2 and an A7V133. That's how much AMD rulez. Blew my P3 600 away!!

Actually it seems cooler to me to overclock a celeron than a Duron. I know a duron rocks over celerons and oc's a lot better the fact that only FSB counts in celery's is kinda appealing to me. probbly just me but it sounds more challenging.
