NP, but can you explain why your link has the score only? I don't see any benchmark figures for the 1st 4 tests except for the score, is something wrong with your link? Another thing, I can't update your score now as I'm surfing on and trouble shooting my niece's new rig. :D For a 12 year-old girl, her rigs's pretty good. I tried UT2k4 on it and it rox at 1024x768 with 2xAA/4xAF!:eek: As T'bird would put it, FR was "butter smooth" - doesn't dip below 50fps;) Her rig's as follows :Quote:

What did you do to fry your 9800Pro again? Was it a water mishap? I forget, just want to try to avoid the same mistake.
As far as the Celery/440Mx bench, you got me. Definately post and let us know though, I want to guess low teens, but I am really clueless.
celeron + 440 at stock shoudl be about 5k i think... with some good clocks on both, 10k is not out of the question.

Mike, I screwed it up when I was taking the shim off. It was a rookie mistake and I wanted to shoot myself when I did it. Way back in the day I blew up my first 9800 pro when I had a watercooling leak, but that one doesn't count cause I was a newb then. Just keep doing what you are doing my friend. Those are some damn impressive scores you are putting out with your rig.
For now it's back to my Celeron :eek: :eek:

i was getting 4k on an mx440 with a tbred 2400, i figured the celeron would be faster if it got up around 3.4ghz with the mx440 at stock.Quote:

Hey, your larger L2 cache does make a diff!:p Besides, this isn't a fresh install, just uninstalled FW driver, ran regedit and installed Cat 4.3.;) I have lotsa crap installed in my rig and I don't wanna go for a format.......:o I noticed all the previous benchmarks lack game tests, whaddupwiddat?!:confused:Quote:

Futuremark updated their db at the end of the week. They know there are issues with any '01 score submitted before the upgrade but felt it better to put up something rather then nothing. Any new scores will show all, older scores will whenever they fix their mess.Quote:

25.2k dude, that's pretty nice... Ordered a new AN50R today, so i should have it by the end of the week and hopefully i can get up around 25k as well... of course i'll be hoping for 30k+ in a month or two when i pick up either an NV40 or an R420.

I don't know if I can get it, but if you do an Orb compare on P4, 9800Pro, FM approved, Fugger is the next guy up. Even though he's moved on to other h/w I'd like to pass his score. Btw, check out truextreme.com if you haven't, that's where the other half of xs went. Both sites have crappy b/w now, and tx is not well known enough to get a lot of activity yet, but it will.
You know I'm wishing you well on your own 25k push. You'll probably beat me to the next milestone after that. I won't do the video upgrade until I get my (most likely) 939 mobo and cpu, but I'll want to let the dust settle a little after that stuff gets released so I can make some good choices.

i won't be going 939 until august/sept but i'll most likely pick up an NF3 250 754 board somewhere along the line. i think i'll stay on air for a while though, it makes it more challenging, since i have the temperature battle to fight, whereas you guys on phase have that variable all but eliminated.
Hopefully back on page 2 again at least. :) Ranger and I were both there at one point before the EE's, A64's, FX's, and XT's. He was ahead of me, but I was all air then. I can definately appreciate your take on air. Still, even without cpu heat there are plenty of challenges. I did a 265 fsb run that I swear had my 3.3V rail within .01V of ovp shutdown. I need it at 3.91V to give me stable vDimm at 2.54V on this board, ovp hits at 3.92V. :eek: That was my 25,35x, I'll try another run or two in the next few days but that might be it. I'm not going to buy another psu that won't ovp until higher then 4V just to get those last 3-4 benchable MHz. Page 5 overall now, my h/w is too "old" to be too impressive, but top 10 in my class, and that doesn't filter the EE bastards out, gets rid of the XT's though. :)Quote:
