I don't think that the Raiders will make the SB or anything... but I dio think that they will be much improved this year.

Better QB. Change in offensive philosophy (quicker QB drops). And the O-Line HAS to be better than last year... only one direction for them to go...

I hope LJ has a good year! He's my number 1 fantasy pick, I'm a bit nervous.

I was listening to ESPN Radio the other day, and they had a panel of analysts going down their predictions for conference championships and Super Bowl. Basically, all 5 or 6 of them said it would be Patriots vs Chargers and Bears vs Saints.

Come on guys, at least TRY to make it look like you're actually analyzing something instead of just rehashing last year.

Yea all these predictions are old. Nobody has anything of value to say. And if they really knew what they were talking about they would be talking about Lions Saints for the NFC Championship, I mean come on.

Ha, I was reading Calvin Johnson's wiki entry and it had a link to this old ESPN article, its funny now.

I just hate how they always talk about how great the NFL is because any team can turn it all around in just a couple of years, and parity, and blah blah blah, then they make predictions like those with the same old teams.

Bah, Raiders are picking McCown to start. Kiffin's getting bashed in the local newspaper for not just outright naming the starter yesterday. I bet the Lions were really sweating it, not knowing which QB to prep for :rolleyes:

Wow, I thought the Saints would've put up more of a fight then that! If it wasn't for Waynes fumble that was returned for a TD, the Saints would've only had 3 offensive points!

I kinda figured the Saints would get bombed for some reason.

well to kiffin;'s credit culpepper was a bit shaky, he was slow in his play, but was 10 times better than in Miami.

Colts rolled over the Saints hard, Bush looks just like last year, all moves no yards...shake & bake and get stuffed...

Addai looks awesome, glad I got him on my FFT... Jason David got spanked, hope he can sit down sometimes this week when the swelling on his buttock region subsides.... funny thing is reggie and marvin have practices against that guy in training camp so they know all about him and his weaknesses, he got schooled.

Colts look good against a good offense, they might just repeat, their biggest obstacle is NE and NE's biggest offensive weapon coming in is Randy Moss, who hasn't played a snap since arriving....might just be another paper tiger, could turn out that the only WR that major tom has is wes welker since stallworth is injured more times than a blue hair after a full contact bingo session.

I am not sure if I said it in this thread yet or not, but I have been thinking all offseason that both the Bears and Saints are not going to be close to what they were last year.

maybe youre right. the saints looked bad.

Saints definitely come back down to earth this season imo. Bears are very dependant on what Grossman does or does not do, as their defense should still keep them in every game they play.
