Welcome Snidely! I don't think you can have two machines work on the same wu. Either way, i think it would be just as good having two machines working on different wu's, as schultz said. Thanks for joining!:p

I have been getting mostly Tinkers for a while now, but I have had only one in the last few units. I was feeling pretty good about that until I checked EOC this morning and saw that the Tinker that I had worked on for the last two days was only credited 18 points instead of the 70.9 that I should have been credited - anyone else had this problem?

hmmm...i don't think so. i haven't been paying super close attention to what proteins/points i've been getting so i really couldn't tell you. did you check your log file and make sure it completed? maybe it aborted early or something. other then that, i have no clue what happened.

I'm on the team now. I'm 'conveyer'.

Using a base model DELL 2350 with a 1.7Ghz Celeron. I've noticed the fan cranked itself up or something since I started folding. Spittin' fire. The little DELL that could!

I've been doing this for hours now and am only 23/400. Eventually I'll have my big rigs contributing, or possibly taking this computers place. Give me some time.

wow, we're slipping a bit...i hope to see us get back in the yellow soon.:)

I really need to get my broadband hooked up so I can get all 3 of my machines back online to fold. I'll be building another soon too with an athlon xp 2100+ as soon as I find a working motherboard in my pile of computer stuff. :)

Well I'm at a little over 27GHz right now. Making a run at the top 1000. Last week I lost a 3000+ and today my trusty 2.53 died. Not sure what gave up, but when I go to boot it, the bios lady says that there is no cpu installed:eek:

25k under my belt for sharky. :D

lets pick it up again guys, for a while we were solid in the yellow, now we're bouncin back and forth again...

That Tinker is gonna take quite a while, especially on a Celeron. Even my 2.6C chokes on those things, big time. Good to have you on the team.

Yea these tinkers are starting to bring me down 500 points per week. On my 1.8 P4 I have a 70 point tinker running, it's only 30% complete and has 50 hours left. Auuuuurgh!

OK the trusty old 2.53 is up and folding again. Well not really, its a 2.8 now. Gotts keep it going, its the last of the 850i's :D

Well, just finished my first 600 (don't know what that means) and got started on a 400. (Don't know what that means either). Finished building my server and plan to start folding on that. Also plan to start folding on my wife's machine too, though she don't know that yet :eek:

if you include all the projects you've donated for, (statsman keeps record of this), then vertices is already a top 1000, with realbeast inside the top 1400 and me just outside of the top 1500...although i think statsman needs an update or something, you're listed as 1044 right now under their overall F@H ranking.
