If you were watching the same game I was, I think the Steelers wooped up on themselves.Quote:

as for the game, im surprised the falcons got blown out like that
atlanta is the better team, apparently they thought everyone in the country was rooting for NO... they played poorly, very poorly... they do play twice.
I can't help but to feel that Atlanta threw the game. Vick has always been up and down though.
That's the knock on Vick. He's not consistent in the pocket and it's run first for him. I remember Kordell Stewart for the Steelers and how everyone thought he was the one that would bring a Superbowl but he didn't. Stewart had a similar game to Vick with Vick being a lot more talented but I can't help but see the same future for him unless he becomes consistent in the pocket.Quote:

They seemed to copy the eagles defensive game plan from the 2004 champioship game...contain Ron Mexico (the most overrated player in the history of sports) in the pocket with your d-ends, and make him throw to beat you.
New Orleans just really came to win last night. Blocked kicks don't just accidentally happen in the NFL like they do in High School or rarely in College, you have to have called an all out block to get it done, and they blocked two. Then they ran the double reverse to get that first TD. They gambled a LOT in that game, and it pretty much always paid off. It was just their night. With their gameplan, I think they could just have easily lost by just as many points.
never heard of him. Lelie is no aid to the falcons whatsoever and he will suck until he dies :D and I love it.Quote:
