xduck's score will be pretty hard to beat but I think you can do it since youd have 300MHz more on the cpu but he has higher fsb, win2k, tweaks and a faster 9800xt than you. I dont think 400MHz will give ya 1500 marks more, it didnt for me and a64s scale way better
i'll find a way :)
eshbach, you're updated! And damn nice scores, can't wait to see what you can do with the DFI board.;)
Nice one.
I've given up clicking on the score comapre links for eshbach, makes my system look worse than it really is! lol :)
update! :) Small CPU Overclock, RAM will not work stable any higher, waiting for Ballistix PC3200 to arrive. :D

Man! I'm workin' way too hard here!:p And you're right about clicking the compare link with eshbach's, it's so humbling.:(
strangest thing just hapend, i ran 2001se again, and i got a nice score of 17729 marks. only the problem is this, "This project can not be published due to detected CPU speed variation.
More information..." this is when i uploaded my score, i cant publish it cause he had probs detecting my cpu? ***, it din't even crash or something. how can i repair this?
anyway i'll post a screen of the score maybe that's enough:(
EDIT: http://users.pandora.be/misite/2001se.JPG
i don't understand this, is it because of cool&quiet?
means your cpu isn't stable you need more voltage
if your cpu sped up or slowed down (either automatically or manually via clockgen, setfsb, etc) while 3dmark was open, you would get this error.Quote:

it could also be a simple matter of voltage, like jetforce said.
Please update,Thanks

hey rider, how many volts you got on that cpu? cause you guy's where right i think its the voltage, it only gives up 1.570 a c&q display. but is it normal that after an oc of 01GHz you have to push up the volts already?
I'm at 1.7 vcore ,thats the max my mobo willQuote:

let me set it at.
and do u use cool & quiet?(srry for all the questions, i am just hopeless atm):(
just out of interest, is posting a 3d mark score(s) that might not be 100% stable, within the morals of the sharky 3d mark team? I mean, my 9800 will run 3d mark at XT speeds, but I havent looped it or anything.
I don't have cool & quietQuote:

in my bios,sorry.
Are you using the latest bios for your board? (1004)
Go for it!Quote:

but what i noticed, now its al the way back to standart, that in the c&q window the voltage is still at 1.475 volt's. how the hell is that possible. in bios the standart is 1.550 btw
If you say so. :)Quote:

Congrats on breaking 20K bisonator!
good job bisonator, took you a while but you finally hit 20k! nice 143 nature too, my 9800 pro at the same 9800xt clocks your non pro is at only gets me 139 in nature so like I said, it really underperforms :( well once my 9500/9700s arrive, ill post my 22k plus scores here
thanks, :D I have to say, I was more pleased to see the '03 score go through 6k and almost hit 6.5k.Quote:

Hopefully you will be getting another update when my new ballistix arrives, then I'll be aiming for 2.4ghz+ on the CPU. :)
well, not really. I haven't been Overclocking my system in my daily life, I flashed the BIOS to e-die gigacube that eshbach recommended, then put the clocks at 380/340, played some games, ran 3d mark etc. left it alone for a while, then as of today, upped to XT speed, not forgetting putting HTT to 220.Quote:

All in all, I spent about 2:30 hours over the course of 2/3 weeks doing it.
I think the difference between 143 and 139 in nature is most likely experimental error.
But still, I can play my favourite games with 4/8AF and 2/4AA if I want, and they sure look sweet!!!
ok, now i am desperate, even at stock speeds it wont submit:confused:
bisonator, how long have you had your a64 and 9800? I think several months. you started at like 17500 marks then worked your way all the way up! even 20k isnt easy to hit, it does take some tweaking skills. yes the 9800 will help out though. I dont think I can hit 20k with my ti4200 but once my 9500s arrive, ill go for 22k :D
