i also like that part under the stats link posted by Brahma, where it lists "potential threats" showing we have none

Just downloaded it and set it all up. Didn't see this thread until I saw Kaotik's sig :p I Doubt I'll add as many WU's as most of you, but I figure each CPU can help ;)

Where did your posts go? I deleted them. If they were OT.
We almost have 3K within the past 24 hours, I have a feeling soon we'll be in the green over at ExtremeOCing
Um I joined but under the screename I've started using more often --judasmachine.
Just thought I'd clear that up in case you were wondering who that judasmachine guy was who was folding in your team's name.
Yeah somewhere we need a list of who's who on the Folding Team. Obviously if your SF name is your folding name we know you. Its people who's names don't match that we need to identify.
Thanks for joining purewire.
No problem. Although I did wrestle with the E.T. or cancer issue for about 0.0000000000001 seconds.Quote:

Hey the team in 121st place has us on their threat list. LOL look at the date we pass them.
I think we need some more computing power.

LOL, the rivers2 team in 204 place, has us catching them by the end of this year. It will probably be quicker as more people join.

We use BalckMagic’s Crystal Ball for Windows.;)
But you can find it here too.

Did any of you know that F@H bench marks your system and that some of the servers dispense WU’s based on client system speed?
MIN SPEED is set for certain servers with projects for fast machines only. The speed is determined by the client's benchmark. Future client versions will print the speed to the logs so one can know the relative speed.
i've noticed it in the logs, but didn't know what it meant....if you look at the logs where the core is initiated, it usually has a "+ benchmarking" entry before it starts working on the WU.Quote:

It explains something that I was wondering about. My best folding machines always seem to get high point units and the slower systems seem to get a lot of low score units.
my last bench was 4108 on an xp1800+, with 12-13min/step WUs. i don't think i'll get one on my 2500+ till the next wu.
comparisons?
>fixed to read 12-13 minutes per step. :)
