Unfortunately my numbers are going to go almost down to 0 this summer. I am going to Alaska, and almost all the computers that I am using will not be turned on.

You could always send your computers my way... and I will be more than willing to keep them folding;)Quote:

No, I didn't check. Didn't think to unfortunately. But, I have a protein going atm that looks to be very similar in time taken: p910_vill_str0_rf but I'm not sure how many points this particular one will result in. Since getting these ones my daily production has dropped from 120+ points to about 60points. They are all 250 frame WU's.Quote:

Coincidentally, it's only happened since turning the advmethods tag off...
And poor me just got a tinker on my Pentium 2 rig :( :( Hopefully it'll be done in a week or two... :p
hmm, I still think that's weird considering we have almost the same rig, BUT I get those 250WU proteins and finish them in about 5-8hours (can't remember exactly, but I go through a couple of them in a day). What priority setting do have folding set to? and have you prime95 tested your o/c?Quote:

fold on man, and hopefully we can figure this out for you.
I go through those 250-frame WUs a few a day as well. Only have a 2100+, but am running it at 2.2 GHz. I'm currently working the same protein on my main machine which takes less than 2 minutes per frame. I have never had a protein that took me 45 hours to fold (and I hope I never do).
Well I should be breaking into the top 15 producers on our team, Should be borging a 5-6 machines, and mabey more. Trying to get as many machines as I can. I just wish I could borg my college. They have so many crappy PII's, but the machines run 24/7 I think, so I know they could do some serious damage:D
Borg?
Getting a whole bunch of computers to fold. Like a university or office.Quote:

update, I now have a Duron@1800MHZ, an XP3000@Stock, a P4 2.53GHZ non HT and a XP2000@Stock all folding. They should be running 24/7:D vertices you better watch out:) to with my [email protected] and Pentium M 1.3GHZ
Sure go ahead. I have no connection to the site it's to. Someone here found it back in the first couple of months of the teams existence and I thought it would help recruit more folders.Quote:

Since it's dedicated to recruiting folders, I don't think they'll have a problem with us pushing the flash.
excellent. I will put it in when I get a chance.
I put it in too. :D Thanks Brahma.
