Yeah, I did. I usually play for a couple hours in the late afternoon when I get home though, so my main rig doesn't Fold 24/7. More like 20/7... I'm not telling. You'll just have to wait and judge from my ouitput. :p ...No! That's cheating! Aaaargh. Ok then, I'll just have to talk to the people I know here who have literally hundreds of workstations. Very few run 24/7, but if I can get them all to Fold... :evil laugh: :cool:

This is probably a dumb thing to ask, but what happened to our team banner on the Folding site? :confused:

haha. The guy I was talking about sent me an email today asking for the team id # and my info. Excellent, we'll just have to see how my output turns out. I will also be adding an old pIII 733mhz that I acquired not too long ago. Lets turn up the competition!!!

I have 6 machines back, I've been off since February!;)

very nice. everything okay though? I mean all 6 off line for months... was it a heatwave or something, we had one here in Berkeley not too long ago and it was torture on me and my machine (lets just say ambient temp, in my room alone, was a little over 100F, making it hard to sleep at night!!)

hey BlueOval, I think I just passed you buddy. Does this mean you will be acquiring a folding farm? I can't take the suspension... must know...

hehe, don't worry, I will be moving here in a week or two, and then I will be doing some work on my main rig, so it might be down for a week or so giving you ample time to overtake me.;)

I am working on finding more folders for the team. We'll see how that goes.

geez vertices... you are an animal!!! I can't believe that you produce more in 2 days than I can in a whole week. That is very impressive. You will have the #1 crown in around 10 days if you keep it up. Awesome work man.

guys, I have a question, thinking of making a small folding farm. could a PowerPC 510watt PSU power 5 micro AXT boards, 5 2000 moblie XP's/Duron, and 5 small 3-4GB HDS? Video will on-board through S-video. Mobos are NF2 flavor.

Yeah, I had to shut down F@H on my main rig yesterday evening. I kept getting fatal errors in the F@H client. Still unsure as to why although I'm wondering if my PSU is failing. Noticed my 5v rail dropped to just 4.73 last night. :( So I left it off all last night and today. Came home and had to put together a sys for a friend (more time wasted), then fired up my comp = fatal error right away. So upped my Vcore a bit and seems to be ok now, but 5v rail still really low.

I'm getting that Fortron 530 from ATilaptops, so hopefully my rails will look better under load. As far as the farm goes, we're still working through a deal, but it looks like I'll be getting it in a couple of weeks. :D

The company I mentioned before with the hundreds of workstations - I know a buncha line guys and mechanics. Don't actually know who the network guy is, but am hoping I can persuade him to start Folding for sharkyforums at least if not for me.

Gonna shut down the client again in a bit so I can do what I built my rig for - PLAY GAMES. :D Then I'll switch back to Folding for the rest of the night through tomorrow till I come home from work. So I'm sure you'll pull farther and farther ahead. What's with the 278 points today?? :eek: Just wait till I get that farm up and running! :p

I noticed that you were picking up that psu from Ati. Sorry to hear about your psu konking out on you. As for the folding farm, I hope you get it. That looked like a pretty sweet deal. I have been slowly acquiring spare parts and "defunct" rigs and when I saw how that farm was constructed I thought about throwing something like that together with what I have. I don't know if I will have the time plus I know I don't want to spend money on getting the rest of what I need right now.

Yeah, I haven't been playing many games lately. I have been preoccupied and when I play a game, I like to put in at least a full hour, if not many more;) and I just haven't felt like it now. I have to finish a lab report by Tuesday and I am an excellent procrastinator...

Oh and I finished off the day with 535 points!!! if I can keep that up, I will be at 10,000 by the weeks end!!!I will just have to keep pushing, and maybe later this week I will have the time to play with my mobile barton!!! My girlfriend got me an abit nf7-s (definitely a keeper... both the board and my girl) and I have had my eye on the thermalright sp-97. I was going to throw those into the rig I leave at my parents house. We'll see though, I wanted Atilaptops slk900 combo, but I was beat to it. Blast. Oh well, I think I am going to hit the report now. Maybe I can finish it tonight. Catch you later man.
