And like BlueOval said, congratulations to those still around! (and those who will be back soon; yes I realize some are gone because they've just moved... :))

Nice work ikevi. Red... I will work hard to reach that some day;)
If the computers are not that restricted, burn the Folding@Home folder to a cd (without the Work subfolder) and copy/paste it to the computers you want to "infect" and create a shortcut to the already shortcut that is in you folder and add it to the Startup Folder in your Startup programs. (I followed Sapasion guide, so I have 2 shortcuts).
awesome job buddy. I just got back from an all-weekend fishing trip. I didn't catch any fish, but I was there mostly to relax, as I am now graduated and will be soon entering the working world.Quote:

Hehehe, nope, I don't know anything special. I just go to the F@H website, download the .exe and install. Thats it!! If I knew more, I would tell the team for sure. I still have 1 machine down, and I am also still in the moving process, so I won't be back up til next week. But like you said, at least we are still actively folding. Thats all that matters. Catch you later in the week buddy.

Woohoo! 30,000 points. :D
Just to make sure everybody know this...
**Do NOT load F@h on a cluster (or even a single computer) without the administrator's permission.**
Farm's due to arrive tomorrow... muhahaha!Quote:

[edit]Congrats imayoda! Awesome job. :)[/edit]
The administrator where I run F@H does knows I'm doing it. The non-administrator user are very restricted, don't have permission to write to EXE, so you cann't use winFAH.exe correctlly, amoung other programs.Quote:

Is there a problem that it shouldn't?

The administrator (the guy in charge) does know I'm running F@H. If I
tried to "install" F@H on any non-administrator account, I couldn't. These accounts only have permission to open certain *.EXE (word, IE, etc). So when I double click on 'winFAH.exe' the WORK folder wouldn't appear becuase I don't have access to write to the EXE.
