Can't believe that Ohio State lost to Illinios!

Only saw parts of the games yesterday. But saw the highlights.

Was miffed at the Washington. They handed that game to the Eagles on a silver platter. The announcer was right about that (aside from sounding like an idiot on a few other things... like the 2 point conversion).

And it looks like the Charger D was able to put pressure on Manning. They may have one of the better pass rushes in the league (with the steroid monkey Merriman). Looked like in the highlights that Manning's pocket was quickly collapsing in upon itself. It's true in football that pressuring most QBs is key... but particularly with Manning I think. No pressure on him typically means that he will destroy you.

I don't watch any seahawk games but Shaun seems like he was more a product of Walter Jones and Steve Hutchinson than his own ability. I could be wrong, but I just noticed that after those two left he hasn't been that good. Coincidence?

Walter Jones is still here, but is starting to show his age. Our LG and center are pretty strong and talented, but are basically rooks. So I'd have to say the O-line had a lot to do with it, since the current batch can't open holes for the run.

Green Bay has won 12 of its last 13 games. Don't mistake young players for lack of talent. Two shutdown corners, great LB core, and a deep talented line on the defensive side of the ball. They've got a lot of good young wideouts, and arguably the best QB in football history, and they've all now learned the offense. GB is the youngest team in the NFL. They're good because their young talent has stepped up. If the running game they've shown the past few weeks is for real, GB is the best team in the NFC.

Whoever wrote that garbage you quoted does not watch the teams he talks about...I'm guessing he's a fan of the Pats or Colts. Dallas has only lost to the Pats, and GB lost a game they dominated for 3 quarters to the bears. GB also hasn't been down by two scores at ANY point this season. Either GB or Dallas could beat the AFC's best. The funny thing is the Pats "dynasty" got its start from them upsetting a team most felt couldn't be beat. If they could be on one end of the spectrum, they certainly could be on the other...Karma can be a *****.

That Colts loss on Monday made my week :D Sorry I havent been around at all this season and my input on mainly the Broncos :P I should be around more nowadays though. I definately want in on this pick the teams game though I shall bring my reign of terror and win!
