Yeah I will go with 3.5V, but when you start talking about 4.1V I am not going there. BTW, I already have a grand put away for the EE. I will probably buy it in december or january. I am hoping the 3.4 will be out and I can buy that instead of the 3.2 :D
Not to mention, he only has like a 150 mhz oc on that thing and is running on the stock AMD heatsink :)

Might as well go for a Prescott, if they're out by then...
21829 is all I going to get from the system alone. I'm at the limits of the heatsink on the CPU. But it puts me soundly into the top ten :cool:

I don`t know if you can use earlier drivers with the 9800XT, but the Cat 3.5`s are the best for running 3D Mark in XP I think, and also using Win2K gives the most points on 3D Mark when using AMD. Edit to add: running DX8.1 instead of DX9 will give you more points too.Quote:

What lone said. Also when you have 3dmark up, goto task manager and set it to real time. That'll give you a few points. Also disable as many services as you can. Try running them in different order (selecting a test, letting it cool down a bit, run another test). I got my score by running them something like this (i forgot what i did exactly)
Drag High
Lob High
Nature
Rest of tests
Each rig is different though, so you'll have to experiment to find the one that works best for you.
