my system is an XP1800 on an Epox 8kha+ mobo with 512 megs of crucial PC2100 RAM and an ATI Radeon 8500 gfx card. I get around 8200 3D marks at 1024*768*32 with everything at deafult setting.
Generally how much of an affect will things like altering the RAM timings and twaeking options have on the score? is hitting 8500 going to be prett easy? May OC the radeon a bit.

7660 with the latest detonators installed on ti500 and 1800+...
It seems pretty low when compared to MadOnion's database (~1% over an average ti200) but I suspect people overclock them heavily before submitting their score.

Your turn...and I assure you that I can't get any higher out of this rig..my Asus GF3Ti500 was at 257/590 with 154 FSB on my XP1900+...3DMark locks up on the "Nature" bench at 155fsb...so it's all yours now..just do some serious OCing to that 8500 and it's all yours https://www.sharkyforums.com/images/.../2005/06/6.gif

Yeah!! I got a 2362! I overclocked from 120/166 to 140/200, set mipmap to best performance, used 1024x768x32, high game detail, and the rest of the 3dmark2001 defaults. Without overclocking, i had a 2031.
