I believe all the big scores for '03 and '05 belongs to SLi rigs...I know for sure a 2x6800GT SLi rig by Shamino did about 14.4k in '05. :eek:

Not to start another 'war de flame', but this brings me back to 01/03/05 and the merits of CPU vs. GPU. For instance, I wonder how a lousy CPU with a badass SLI config would score in 03/05?? Prolly pretty darn well.

it was running 250 x 10 earlier, but temps shot up recently, and I have a hard time running 230 x 10 :|

I can also run at 265 x 9 but again, not very stable...

I just did some testing last night, at 250 x 10, with a 14" oscillating fan blowing on everything and hit some new scores in my sig :)

but I'm not too worried, I have a San Diego pre-ordered so when they are available here, I'll do some more testing.

you were only running 1 card for 2001 and your 2001 score is waaaaaaaaay too low, especially your nature. my winny at 2GHz and 9800p crushes your 2.5GHz winny and 6800gt :confused: I also crushed colossus stock 2.2GHz winny with my 2GHz winny. Id like to see colossus break 30k LOL

What is funny about breaking 30k with a XT800XT and a A64 3500? That should be a easy accomplish.. TY.. Not like you would have any idea..

Your score was also a higher FSB and not stock with a highly overclocked video card.. Once again you are showing to be an idiot..

My STOCK SCORE WAS JUST THAT! 100% STOCK, NO TWEAKS, NO OVERCLOCKS, NO NOTHING...

Try it yourself. 100% STOCK, I doubt you wouldnt even break 19k LOL... Damn havent you learned anything yet?

EDIT: For the record, STOCK 9800PRO = about 22.5k with XP Pro

STOCK x800XT = about 25.5k

Hmmm 30k on a x800XT is cake if your cpu can handle it.

By the time mine arrives there will be another two people ahead of me :mad: Mine was ordered from Monarch. It said the 6th when I ordered. About 4 hours after that it changed to the 19th. Am I likely to be included with the shipment on the 6th? It doesn't really mean much because I need a new MB and PCIe video card. I'm looking at another 6800GT. I see I can get a BFG for about $360. But its tempting to get the 6800Ultra with WC installed as default for $475 :)

Luckily for me i preorderd my san diego on the 15 of last month, so i got in on the first shipping, which was actualy a week before the eta. which was today.

that's nice...

looking at the GPU clocks, I'm a far ways off from anything earth shattering, and I'm too scared to use any sub 0 temp cooling solutions...

maybe, just maybe I'll move to something more exotic once researching.

Does anyone have any info on prometias and the sorts? :p

there is one in the BST forum, although I wouldn't go for anything till I'm sure of what the actual products are...
